        <p>The paper presents a compact method of detecting LSB inserts in color photographic im ages that proves high efficiency when dealing with low stego-payload images. The method is based on an analysis of signatures of pairwise similarity the zero and first layers, an algorithm for largest empty rectangles, white (black) pixel dominance pattern and image moments analysis.</p>
