      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The paper proposes a digital signature scheme that expands the functionality of the GOST 34.10–2018 and allows delegating signing capability to a trusted person (proxy signer). A classification of proxy signatures has been developed; the selected delegation scheme was modified to prevent misuse by a proxy signer. The correctness of the scheme was shown, the analysis of compliance with security requirements was carried out. The results of software implementation testing are presented.</p>
